Sicher-Saiblingskaviar-gepresste-Erdapfel

Serves 4 people

 

  • 80 g char caviar
  • 320 g floury potatoes
  • 50 g browned butter
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 4 pieces thinly-sliced zucchini

 

Cook the potatoes in their skins, peel and then rice them. Wrap the riced potato with slices of zucchini and arrange on a plate. Drizzle with browned butter, then top with sour cream and caviar.
